Mountains and Coaching

We provide group trips to UK mountains and hills. Sometimes with an element of coaching or self development, sometimes just for the views and the joy of the great outdoors.


Mountain and trail trips with meaning. Including team days out, a toolkit for change, wellness, stress management, challenges of parenting all delivered by experienced coaches in a mountain setting. We also offer trips to help you increase your confidence and skills in the outdoors and have a damn good time in the wild.

1:1 Coaching

John is a six time sub 3 marathon runner and coach to a growing list of Good For Age athletes. I can help you with trail, road running from 5k – Ultra. We also work with several specialist coaches to deliver our trips who offer 1:1 coaching.


Our social network – full of knowledge, articles, experienced PLUs. Both coaching clients and trip clients gain access.
